Won't cure it: Yoga practices help you focus and can be a big help. Anxiety must be addressed by looking at your life circumstances, changing what you can (get out of abusive situations, gain skills to have reasonable security), and looking at how your mind functions & perhaps learning here as well. Panic attack seems to be physiologic and may require medication.
