Contact your Dr.: If you haven't already seen your physician, you need to do this. There is need for more information, but start with your pcp. It is important to rule out physical problems, before assuming that it's only anxiety. If it turns out to be anxiety, there are many other things in addition to breathing techniques which could be helpful. Then it would be advantageous to work with a therapist.
