Excess Water: Drinking water before meals in particular may reduce your appetite but in the long run i would not count on this method to lose weight. Stick to a plant based diet similar to the mediterranean diet and exercise 4 to 5 times a week for at least 40 minutes and this will be a far better plan than excess water consumption.
