Slow transit disordr: The excepted duration of treatment to deal with stool motility problems in kids is twice the duration of the problem or 6 months, whichever is less.If you are not seeing improvement it is likely you need to modify the program, increasing the amount of mirilax or other forms of intervention.Contact your pcp or the gi.
