But to avoid constipation which can cause hemorrhoids would drink plenty of fluids 2-3 liters per day more if exercising and very hot / humid, Drink half water half Gatorade so you do not dilute the sodium in your body Eat high fiber foods, greens, avocados, strawberries, blueberries, lentils, oats.
