Yes, could help: Cluster headaches could well be a problem for males in your age group, and could provoke significant problems if uncontrolled. Breathing of 100% oxygen may help, but even better would be a preventative approach such as topamax, (topiramate) but depakote, beta blockers and calcium channel blockers may also help. Even some otc remedies could work. Neurology should be able to help.
