Good Posture and----: Good posture is always good at any age,more so as you are getting old.Also good posture depends on preventing muscle spasm,and osteoporosis.These come from eating the right kind of food,taking calcium/vitamin supplements,regulat exercises including muscle strengthening and keep active at any age
