Eye itch: An over the counter eye drop, zaditor, (ketotifen) helps, if not other prescription eye drops help, see an allergist for ultimate control of your allergies.

Eye drops: Some otc allergy eye drops may help. However a prescription antihistamine eye drop may be needed. Of course, avoiding the trigger (pet dander etc) would be the best solution.
