Trial and error.: There are a number of meds out there for seasonal allergies. There's otc allegra, zyrtek and Claritin (and their generics). These are non-sedating antihistamines. They're good, but not as good as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) - which is sedating. Eye drops like naphcon help for itchy eyes, and intranasal steroids like Nasonex are for runny nose. Lots of choices! it's really about finding what works for you.
