Mind body: I recommend many mind-body techniques to help cope-meditation, yoga, exercise, guided imagery, self hypnosis etc. Get good sleep, eat a balanced diet. Reduce sources of stress where you can. Seek support from friends, family or health professional. Do something you enjoy just for fun.
