Citalopram(Celexa): Celexa (citalopram) side effects include restlessness, nausea, stomach upset, headaches, sweating, stiff muscles, shakes, dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, cold/flu symptoms, decrease sex drive. Call your doctor if you have high fever, chest pains, seizures, rash, swollen face, suicidality.
