Its ok: It takes 7-14 days to reach therapeutic serum level to work properly. After three days intake it should not need to tamper as you can just stop However, I would strongly advise to seek doctor help and let your doctor know that you are not willing to take any anti depressant and he can suggest other options. Seek psychological support, eat healthy, practice mindfulness, go for walk. Best wishes.
