STAR*D Study: 1. Make sure you give citalopram an adequate trial at an appropriate dose. 2. Augmenting with Bupropion may help in certain individuals. It was beneficial in about ~7-10% of depressed patients. If you do decide on starting Bupropion, contra-indications include seizures and eating disorders. I hope you start feeling better soon!
