C2-3 alignment: The first question is understanding what you mean by misalignment. Are we talking about positional alignment, such as described by a chiropractor, or true anatomical subluxation, known as a spondylolisthesis. If the latter, it should be evaluated in light of your symptoms to see if it requires treatment or observation and conservative management.
