Can the paranoia elicited by weed go away over time?

Depends...: Quitting the use of weed may eliminate the paranoia in some patients. However in some other patients, the paranoia may mark the beginning of a more serious underlying psychiatric problem. Best advice is to stay away from it especially if you are predisposed to serious mental health problems.
