From : From your post, you are obviously under the care of physicians, which is a good thing. Halitosis can also be coming from your mouth. Cavities, gum disease, even failing crowns & bridgework can trap bacteria that you cannot keep clean. The odor comes from the acid and toxins that they release. Diet can also play a role. When is the last time you were examined by a dentist and had your teeth cleaned professionally? I suggest you make an appointment with your dentist and have him/her rule out any problems with your teeth and gums.
