Reflux: It sounds like you are having gastoesophageal reflux. This is when stomach acid goes back up into your esophagus and causes heartburn. You can try an over the counter antacid before bed but here's some other things to try. Maintain a healthy weight. Don't eat within 3 hours of bedtime. Eat smaller meal at night. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Good luck
