How do you know?: How do you know that your chest pain is a reaction to antibiotics? Because it started while you were taking them? What if a thunderstorm happened while you were taking abx - would you attribute it to the medicine as well? If you have undiagnosed chest pain, you need to be evaluated. It may be nothing, but you won't know till you've had a check up.
