Many normal women skip a cycle or two occasionally. Most antibiotics have no effect on BC. Pain in the breast, if triggered by the hormones of pregnancy would turn a test positive. Why you missed at this point is unknown. UPT's can be a false negative early, you can re-test. If it remains negative & the delay is more than 2 mo, many OBGYN's would give meds to trigger a menses.

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
