Exercise: First.See your primary care provider to be sure of the proper diagnosis. Then be sure to take prescription exactly as prescribed. Stretching exercises often help injuries that are not fractures.

After exam, therapy: If you have any reason to think the chest pain is related to your heart or lungs, go to your doctor, urgent care or er. Waiting can be very costly for those issues. If it seems unlikely to be critical - still go to a doctor for an exam & referral to a psychotherapist for the ed. Untreated, some can actually lead to heart damage. Best!
