Chest pains: Pain in your chest is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your pcp is warranted. Rec.: see your pcp for further investigation. Take care.

Workup mgt: These symptoms may be related to Gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), especially given the relationship between the pain and eating. If there is bleeding with the pain, ulcerative disease is unlikely. Other causes though are possible, and I would recommend seeing your physician.
