After eating i get a bump in my lower left abdomen, shooting pains up my abdomen to my chest when i press on the bump. i do have celiac disease.

Nonspecific : Any bump in the abdomen that can be pressed on, and goes away could represent a hernia. You didn't exactly describe that scenario however. Sounds like it may be worth seeing your primary care provider for a proper evaluation and exam. Hope this helps!
