A member asked:

Pressure to quit smoking is making it harder for me to not smoke..ironic. what do you recommend?

Can only quit 4 you!: Quitting smoking under pressure from someone else when you do not want to quit is almost guaranteed to fail. You will only quit when you have your own reason to quit. A smoking cessation program or a therapist can help you to clarify the pros and cons of quitting, after which you can make your own decision about whether you are ready or not.
