Help please. when i do benchpress only my arms hurt and not my chest. why?

Benchpress: Properly performed bench presses should make the chest a little sore if you are trying to increase strength and muscle mass. If your arms hurt and your chest does not hurt then you may need to do some exercises to target your arms. Also, have your bench press technique checked out by a personal trainer.
