Left side chest pain , hurts when pressed and sometimes i get a sudden stabbing no pain only lasts a few seconds no pain in middle of chest or arms ?

In general: Sharp or stabbing pains are from the muscles and bones. Reproducing the pain with physical pressure usually excludes the heart as a cause. Cardiac pain is usually dull like a tooth ache. Sometimes lung pain or pain from the pleura (lining of the lungs) can be sudden sharp and brief. To be safe get checked out by a health care provider.
