Need more info...: You need to see a sleep specialist. If you have significant hypersomnolence, it could be due to something as simple as insufficient sleep, in which case you need to increase your total sleep time. It could also be a disorder of hypersomnolence such as narcolepsy, or medication side effect. Or a combination of the above. Bottom line: see a sleep specialist. Good luck!
