Not a 2-fer: Medications to help you sleep tend to slow the body down, and would potentially delay muscle growth and repair. Supplementing pre-/post-workout (like with whey protein shake), might help with the muscle issues. If your workout ends about 60-90 minutes before planned bed time, it may help you get to sleep--just don't work out too close to bedtime.
