Can i take these two medications together? i take ambien (zolpidem) for sleep on a regular basis and pulled a muscle in my back and happen to have some leftover flexeril. can i take these two medications together?

Ambien (zolpidem) : Ambien (zolpidem) and Flexeril are both drugs that are likely to sedate you. If you take both you should do it when you plan to be in a safe place. Your response to the drugs taken together may affect your level of awareness. Do not take them together if you plan to drive or use power tools. Do not combine them with alcohol.

No: No . Both of those medications can cause a high degree of sedation. When taken together they could potentially have a additive effect.
