No: Don't try to pop it. Rather, you should use warm/hot compresses several times a day and it will drain on its own.

Usually: Heating a chalazion and expressing the oil built up inside is the primary treatment. Some people require surgery. Hopefully, the oil will come out the normal opening. If it comes through the eyelid, it may leave a scar. If your are not sure, see your specialist eye md.

Sure: It is preferable to have the chalazion drain thru its natural pore. If you pop it, there is more likely to be a scar in that location and the risk for infection is greater. You should see an eye md for medical treatment options.
