Can use of antibiotics result in low testosterone levels?

No: I'm not aware of any study looking at the effect of antibiotics on t levels. Even if that were the case, it's more likely not the fault of the many antibiotics but rather the fact that you're ill that led to decrease in production while your body's attention was diverted trying to get you healthy.
