Hard to say: Every patient and every extraction is different. It would be best to ask the oral surgeon who will be treating you how difficult the extractions are and what to expect. Are they bony impactions, soft tissue impactions, or erupted teeth? It all makes a big difference. No one answer can satisfy all scenarios.

Depends: The postoperative recovery varies from patient to patient. The amount of time you need to recover may depend upon whether or not the teeth are erupted or impacted, in the upper or lower jaw, whether or not you are taking pain meds, the type of work you do, and your perception of pain and how you handle it.
