Restore them: Nothing, and i mean nothing you do will cleanse those cavities of the malodorous bacteria. The only way out is to see a local dentist and have them restored. If you don't they will continue to decay, you will have them extracted, and you won't have any more bad breath, but neither will you have teeth.

Bad breath: Cavities are diseased parts of your teeth. They are areas of bacteria filled, rotting parts. This smells just like roadkill. These areas have to be repaired or removed to correct the odor. A person gets accustomed to there own odor whether its from their armpits or their mouth, this gets worse slowly so that you don't notice. Get to a dentist to repair the problems, the odor will disappear.

Bad breath: First, get the teeth restored by a dentist. If you still have bad breath, you will have to explore further. The most common cause of bad breath is poor oral hygiene. Your dentist can help you maintain healthy teeth and gums and a pleasant breath. See your dentist for a complete and thorough examination.
