Depends: The cause of your immune response triggering a fever needs determined. Acetaminophen at less than 2500 mgs a day is safe, but ultimately the cause of your temperature needs determined if it persists beyond 24 hrs because you are pregnant.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): In fact anything that bears the tylenol (acetaminophen) name ex tylenol (acetaminophen) sinus, etc) should be safe in pregnancy. Look for the generic equivalent for any of these products to save a buck.
