These are my symptomes. blocked nose sore and swollen throat coughing body pain cold fever head ache little bumps in the back of my palate i am 24 weeks pregnant with twins is there maybe something i can take until i can get to a doctor?

URI symptoms: At 24 weeks pregnant with twins, if you do not have a regular OB physician, or if he/she is unavailable, go to the ED and they will notify the OB physician on call.
