Healthy carbs: Your body runs on the breakdown of healthy carbohydrates into glucose. Low carb diet may deprive your body of enough glucose. When this happens, fat is broken down for energy putting the body in a state of acidosis, which is not healthy. Healthy carbs include, fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, beans, and whole grains. All gain be eaten in moderation.
