Need more info: It would be helpful to know what is stressing you out. In general, if you are really hurting or afraid you may take it out on yourself or others, then go to the er or call 911. Do not take drugs or alcohol to calm yourself. Get good rest, eat a healthy diet, talk to friends, family, pastor, priest, rabbi, or imam.Get counseling somewhere. I would recommend starting with a psychiatrist psychologis. Or a family doctor. Consider d-stressing by getting involved in group therapy, individual therapy, yoga, acupuncture, or getting involved in team sports. Depending upon the circumstances, medication may be helpful as well. Best wishes to you.
