Go see your DR: You need a thorough workup based on your age- blood work, ekg (if abnormal), you need a stress test. Check your blood pressure, normally lower than 130/80. Attain ideal body weight. If you smoke, quit. Tell your dr all about your history and symptoms so he can assess you well. Take care!
