Possibly: People occasionally develop allergies to certain brands of vitamin supplements. It is not likely to develop an allergy to vitamin B12 itself.

Other contents: B12 preparation contains other chemicals also and you may be allergic to one of those contents. Your doctor may prescribe you a different brand to avoid negative reaction.
