Supplementing w/ B12: and D3 is likely the best way to go. You will know your exact dose that way. Use sublingual, under the tongue, B12 so that you will absorb most of it. If you swallow B12 your gastric juices destroy most of it. See your doc or a nutritionist to get your D level checked so you will know how much to dose. Better yet, get a nutritional lab pane, e.g., Spectracell lab in Texas. Peace and health.
