See a therapist: Other helpful hints include regular sleep schedule, healthy diet, stress reduction, making sure relationships are fine, exercise, practicing your faith or spirituality in one of evanston's marvelous worship spaces , getting out to make more friends, helping others, avoiding drugs and alcohol, walks along the lakefront( lake michigan was gorgeous today) , attending northwesterns many concerts, etc.
