Impossible: Anxiety is part of life and a basic core emotion of human beings and our existence in this world. However a better question is how can i accept my anxiety and develop coping skills and strategies to deal without. For this there are many answers and approaches.

See below: While anxiety is a part of life, how we handle the feeling is important. Practice relaxation, mediation, guided imagery (you can google it); keep a diary of the events when you happen to be anxious -- what happened (the event), thoughts you had; things you've done to decrease anxiety; how you body responded (where did it feel in your body).
