Anxiety is common: When recovering from bulimia because in the past when you were anxious you ate and/or purged. Now you are trying to cope with your issues without hurting yourself and overeating or purging. Practice speaking with a sponsor in oa, a friend or your therapist about the things that make you anxious. You will learn new ways to cope with your anxiety.
