I have just been prescriped blupropion 100mg. i am scared to take this because of the seizures i used to have bulimia i haven't purged in atleast 1 year. i have extreme anxiety and i'm not sure why this was prescriped if it is a stimulant ?

Not a stimulant: bupropion is mainly used to treat depression and to help in smoking cessation. Why were you precribed the medication? this question would rather be asked to your precscriber. I am not aware if it can cause seizures, unless you have a problem with seizure disorder, another question to be asked to your doctor. You can still have a second opinion if you wish, it is your right , good luck
