No: Whiplash specifically refers to the soft tissue injury caused by a jerking or whipping motion of the head - most commonly caused by a car accident. So that would be nearly impossible to do to yourself in your sleep. More likely, you may have degenerative discs (discs with wear and tear) in your neck which have been aggravated. Most such cases will resolve simply with time and conservative care.
