Possibly: Bfs can cause muscle aching and, by extension, burning type muscle pains. If you have had an emg/ncv, that suggests that you are already being evaluated by a physician (preferably a neurologist) - be sure to follow through with that evaluation in order to rule out any other possible underlying condition.
