Less adrenaline: While you are sleeping, you have much lower level of adrenaline, thus , making hotflushes more likely to happen during the night/sleeping time. High adrenaline suppresses the hotflushes! it is very rare for a female to experience a bad hotflush during intense/extrenuous exercises. The change of life is not fun...There are meds to help. Consult with your doc. Good luck.
