I can't eat during the day because it puts me to sleep. sometimes i get very hot and sweat,alot. sometimes it doesn't make me sweat. but it always makes me dizzy, very weak and extremely tired to where i have to lay down and sleep. i'm 52?

It is difficult to explain this syndrome. You can try to alleviate the symptoms by eating frequent but small meals.
