I am 60 and still struggling with hot flushes/night sweat especially during the night. so bad that i sometimes end up with a headache and not sleeping?

PMS symptoms: At 60, it is still possible for your ovaries to be producing estrogen, but in amounts that are not the same every day. Any sporadic decrease in the amount of estrogen will produce withdrawal symptoms, which cause the symptoms described. See your gyn physician for testing and treatment.
