See a doctor: There are many possible causes for your symptoms, including depression, anxiety, sleep apnea, thyroid disease, diabetes with nocturnal hypoglycemia, medications, illicit drugs, alcohol, menopause, infectious diseases such as TB or hiv, and cancers such as lymphoma or leukemia. It would require a detailed history and physical exam along with some tests. Please see a doctor to sort things out.

See your doctor.: There are many reasons for feeling tired (poor sleep, depression, anemia), which may be unrelated to the sweating. If the sweating is consistent, first make sure the room is not too hot and you're not wearing too many clothes. Certain medications can cause night sweats, so review your list w/ your doc. Your doc will also exclude more uncommon things like infection and malignancies. Good luck!
