Yes: All edible food contains calories, including healthy vegetables. So, if you are keeping a daily calorie count, do include all those green leafy vegetables.

Counting Calories: Yes. Of course. They probably are not much, but they are carbohydrate calories and this class of calories are the most necessary to be strict about.
